Please make it more appealing and efficient for Columbus' population to make a more sustainble choice in transportation by builing a passenger rail hub.

Name: David Kanzeg on Jan 22, 2008Comments: Any transportation policy that doesn't include a sober and rational approach to rail development is just unacceptable in this day and age. The spread of our population equally across Ohio makes us a classic rail transportation market. Furthermore, proximity to much of the rest of the country's population makes Ohio critical to rail developments throughout the midwest. Let's get on with it, already! If not for tranportation, then for the jobs that the Hub Plan would create.

Name: Craig Fisher on Jan 22, 2008Comments: In light of the current economic situation which may affect low and middle class families across Ohio, I feel the time is ripe to examine the future of the states mass transit opportunities. As a geographically significant linchpin in our nation's transportation network, Ohio has a important role to play. Please be forward thinking in moving foreward with Ohio's Rail Development. We have it within our means to set the stage for affordable, efficient and enjoyable transportation alternatives that can compete for quality of service on a global stage. (...from a citizen who lived in Europe and knows what is possible) Thank You Thank you
