   Comments: I absolutely agree! For instance, right now it is only 9 degrees outside and still some pet owners believe it is just fine to leave their pet tied outside all night. It's horrible! As a pet owner, I have an obligation to provide for certain aspects of my pet's life! I took on those responsibilities when I took in my pet. If I were to fail those responsibilities for a human, I would be subject to severe consequences, but to a helpless animal that relies on humans and has no voice of its own, I am disgusted to know that in my state it would be no big deal! Laws need to change!

    Comments: please have a heart and protect something, that is as innocent as a new baby. Maybe if people thought more like that, the animals would be taken care of better. We just tried to get the humane society at the neighbors to make him put straw in his dogs box. The neighbors are so afraid of him, they don't dare do it themself. He always has a gun. To bad law doesn't care about animals either.
