Name: Solomon Ikere on Sep 14, 2010Country: NigeriaComments: i need ogoni people to be given a state as the minimum compensation becouse, they deserve it and have what it takes to have it even more. and also, the way they have been maginalised by the previous dictatorship to the extent of killing the ogoni nine. it is painful and they deserve it.Flag

Name: Captain Gogo on Sep 23, 2010Country: United KingdomComments: The Ogoni tribe cannot make up the minimum population for State creation so can only merge with other neighbouring tribes to form a State. The tribes are Andoni, Opobo, Nkoro and possibly Eleme/Tai. In which case, it cannot be called Ogoni or Bori State because such name will mean that the State belong to the Ogoni tribe which can cause future conflicts. A neutral name is desirable. As an Andoni man I support the move if only a neutral name is agreed even though Bori could be ideal city for the capital.Flag
