Certain provision in the Dodd-Frank bill could prevent US Persons from being able to open or have a bank account in another country, and would be considered a criminal. This petition supports US Persons constitutional right to chose where they deposit their money. If you agree that you should be able to bank anywhere in the world. Then sign this petition.

This is total overreach. My money is mine and I should be allowed to put it in whatever bank I choose without the government calling me a criminal for it.
