Offer Corporate Governance
We are looking for people who are interested in taking this course in the Fall of 2014 and/or the Spring 2015. This class is cross listed for both Finance and Legal Studies. If you are seriously interested in taking this class, please sign the petition. Once enough signatures are received, we will be handing this over to the Department Chair for Legal Studies to show that there is interest in the course so that a professor will be assigned.

BLAW 4242 (BFIN 4242) Corporate Governance:
Examination of issues related to the relationship between the
decision makers and owners of a corporation, including role,
duties, responsibilities, and liability of directors, officers, and
management. Also covered is a discussion of recent statutory
and regulatory developments affecting reporting and decision
making. Prerequisite: BLAW 2301, BFIN 2201.
