We, the Emory Community, urge our student representatives to more carefully vet the speakers that our student activity fees fund.
We request that student government review the policy on allowing “offensive” speech. As the policy stands, “offensive” speakers are funded so long as the event fits within monetary policy.
We request the newly elected officials take this urgent request into immediate concern.
We request that you do not sign anonymously.
