To all concerned owners of the Ocean Pavilion,

Thank you for coming to this petition to remove the drawings from our basement passageway and elevator doors. Not all owners have the time to make it to condo association meetings. It is for that reason that we appoint leaders to represent us. Their role is to stand up for the rights of our condominium, and to ensure that behavior that is detrimental to the building and its VALUE do not occur.

I'm sure many of you have been stunned by the tragically poor taste our building has shown by allowing someone to paint our freight elevator door and basement passageway. These drawings are out of place and are below the communal standards to which our residents are entitled. I, like many owners, only hope that our hard earned dollars are not going to pay for this poor lapse in Association judgment.
