| 157 | Damon Mcintosh | skimmag@aol.com | Wake up city council, the brewery is a great place for friends to relax. I have lived here for 34 years and frequent the brewery often to see my fellow LAGUNA residents. |

| 159 | Courtney Koepsell | courtneykoep@gmail.com | Please respect what the Brewery brings to the community. I love the live music that brings that downtown area alive at night and the social aspect of Ocean Avenue Brewery. I have also gotten a few treasured art pieces from artists I may have never discovered had it not been for fund raisers at the brewery. Please consider the positive addition the entertainment factor of the Brewery brings to the community of open minded and creative people. |
| 160 | Bron Heussenstamm | Bron949@aol.com | Dear Laguna Beach
Don't hate on the brewery just cause it's successful.
How much money does the city make directly and indirectly from the brewery? How many residents decided to stay in laguna for the festivites instead of going out of town? Think how many patrons dine at other establishments before coming.? how many go to other places while they are there.? How many come to Laguna for vacation and enjoy the night life? How many residents think this when they move to a town: "how is the night life?"
Born and raised in Laguna Beach. The only spot I go when I come back to town. |

| 163 | Fausta Vitali | fausta1@cox.net | What is wrong with this picture? Everytime Laguna Beach gets a good thing going, the city has to do something to screw it up. The brewery brings people from all over Orange County to generate some excitement and it was voted the "in" place in all of Orange County. It's a lot of fun, good food and great people. Stop putting your nose where it does not belong - Fausta Vitali a resident of Laguna Beach for over 35 years |

| 176 | Mike Makos | mikem@kustomfootwear-usa.com | To whom it may concern,
I have attended many functions at the brewery and I wanted to write a note stating that all the fundraisers and benefits have raise positive awareness towards many cause's.
To lose this venue would be a mistake and I would lose trust in the city counsels abiltiy to govern Laguna Beach. |

| 179 | Anonymous | Anonymous | Ocean Brewery has always been a safe haven to meet up with good tru friens while relaxing and enjoying great music and dance! That is what Laguna Beach is about. Song, dance and friends! Also I ask that the Planning Copmmission please reflect on what the how much the owners do for others in need! There aren't alot of people like that left in the World today. KEEP THE BREWERY ALIVE!! |

| 191 | Coby Burns | coby.burns@gmail.com | I think that the city of LB saying that the OAB primarily serves the interests of non Laguna Beach residents is not accurate. They have had many fund raisers to benefit local charities and their noise level in lower than Hennessys Tavern AND Marine Room. And I have never been asked to donate or come to a charity even at either of those establishments. Please spend more time looking into the benefits of keeping OAB's entertainment activity. I think you will discover that OAB does indeed support the local community in many ways.

| 192 | Amy Cherry | caliboldt@yahoo.com | This would be a detriment for locals and in the long-run, the town. |
| 193 | Gena Zittlow | genaz@hotmail.com | I have been going to the Brewery for year. There are a tons of bars in Laguna Beach (in town) that all have amplfied music and dancing. Why does the Brewery have to be singled out when there is so much good that the Brewery does for the community?
Please, keep the Brewery open! :) |
| 194 | Clarke Brogger | clarke@lagunaefc.org | Please allo the Ocean Ave. Brew Co. to stay open and offer entertainment. It is a key focal point to our community. It would be a tragic loss to both the locals and visitors of Laguna Beach. |
