To All Friends of Ocean Avenue Brewery:

We recently received a demand from the City of Laguna Beach that we apply to the Planning Commission to conduct a hearing to review the business activity of the Brewery. The City claims that the Brewery is a business that primarily serves the interests of non-Laguna Beach residents. The City’s concerns focus on live amplified music and dancing, two activities that our loyal patrons enjoy.

Ocean Avenue Brewery has proudly served the residents of Laguna Beach for 13 years. Our ability to continue doing so may very well depend upon the outcome of this hearing.

Please attend the Planning Commission hearing and voice your support for the Ocean Avenue Brewery. Also, please take time to send an email or letter to the Brewery voicing your support for the continued enjoyment of dancing to amplified music at the Brewery.
