Please petition the City of Ocean Springs mississippi to re-paint the highway 90 caboose BACK to its original Chessie System Railroad livery. It was donated by CSX in the 90's to start a railroad museum, instead they defile and deface it by painting over it to advertise their city. I am starting this petition in hopes that enough signers can get the caboose painted back to its original yellow Chessie System Railroad scheme as a homage to the fairly rich railroad heritage of this area.
