I am asking for my occupational license, to drive back and forth to work so i can support my family. Its been hard on my wife to take me back and forth to work we have three kids and one handycap. I didnt know my licenses was suppened and if i did i would of taking care of it as soon as i knew. When i found out i called to see what i had to do to get them back and when i paid 100.00 dollars they lady at the surgcharge told me that i would have them back in 7 to 9 days on the 7th day i called them and they said that i had to see a judge so i am taking it in my hand to do this i can not afford a lawyer. I went down to the dps to get my licenses renewed a week before they expired so i can get everything in order and thats when i found out about all of this.
