We are approaching one hundred signatures and this threshold is necessary for triggering a formal review by the council planning department. I am finalizing a letter to the planning officer to request a full disclosure of the notification process for Merefield House.

We need transparency. Why keep it a secret if they have nothing to hide?? Very suspicious.
THIS IS NOT OKAY. My mum lives in that home and it is dangerous enough already without hundreds of extra cars.
Totally unfair to just sneak this in behind our backs. The roads cant take any more cars.
Ridiculous that no one in the area was told about this. Pretty sure the council is supposed to inform us about building changes.
The traffic down lake road is already a nightmare. How did they think nobody would notice this?

They totally bypassed the rules on notifying residents. Needs to be shut down until they do it right.
