Please convene a meeting of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and your entire cabinet. Please invite all nations willing to help to attend the meeting. Please respond to the Deepwater Horizons oil spill as an environmental Pearl Harbor and stop it before we reach a point of no-return Thank you very much, sir.
