WE, THE UNDERSIGNED HOMEOWNERS OF OAKRIDGE AT MANALAPAN TOWNHOUSE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, ARE CALLING FOR ELECTIONS FOR THE DIRECTORS WHOSE TERM HAD EXPIRED IN SEPTEMBER 2007. THE ELECTIONS WERE NOT SCHEDULED IN A TIMELY FASHION. THE DIRECTORS WHOSE TERMS HAD EXPIRED ARE MIKE MAGLIANO, ALLYSON ARENSON AND JUDY PETER. THE ELECTIONS ARE TO TAKE PLACE NO SOONER THAN AUGUST 21, 2008 AND NO LATER THAN AUGUST 25, 2008.
