Electronic Waste or E-Waste is a growing problem and needs to be addressed soon. Electronics contain many toxic materials and they are not designed for regular recycling. Currently many consumers are throwing their E-Waste in the trash since there is no convenient way to recycle electronics. We are starting this petition to start E-Cycle in our Oakmill neighborhood.

E-Cycle provides a convenient way to recycle your unwanted electronics. e-cycle is a process similar to the regular recycling process, but is meant specifically for electronic waste. The e-cycle process will provide a bin for every house and a truck will come occasionally to pick up the electronics in the e-cycle bin from your curbside and drop them off at electronic recycle centers. The electronic recycle centers will either fix the electronics or repurpose the electronic parts or dispose them the right way.
