O2 iPhone Deal

We're iPhone customers who bought the handset ni good faith, and felt that we were going to get a fair deal along with those on the higher tarriffs. We have paid handsomely for our phones and have stuck with O2 and not jailbroken our phones. We don't feel it fair that those on slightly higher tarrifs are given a much better deal than us. We wish for you to acknowledge that we have spent quite a large amount of money with you and your partners and have stayed loyal to you (despite facilities to allow us to go to any network) and that we be given a better deal than new customers.
