    Comments: It is absurd that it caps at $170.00/week. Politicians should look at the fact that it has not been raised since 1989 and since then not only has minimum wage gone up considerably but so has the cost of living. How does nys expect someone on disability to survive off of $170.00. That barely covers food and shelter. Come on now.
