To Whom It May Concern,
We, the fans of Tia Ballard, want The New York Anime Festival at New York Comic Con to invite Ms. Ballard to be a guest at the 2011 New York Anime Festival. We find it unacceptable that she is not currently a featured guest at NYAF for the premiere of "Fairy Tail" at the event which prominently features Tia as the voice of "Happy".
