NW-A Series Owner Compensation

A petition to Sony to compensate the owners of the NW-A series Walkman, for the virtually unusable Connect software supplied with their NW-A series Walkman product. Sony products are not cheap, and we, as users expected a lot more from a premium brand like Sony than what was delivered with the NW-A series hardware, in particular the Connect software. We are asking Sony to consider compensating us with 1 album download from the online Connect site, for every full month of ownership, up-to the release of Connect software v1.04 (22/04/2006), This is considered the 1st release to reach an acceptable quality and finally allows us to use the device as advertised. Sony, this is your opportunity to compensate your customers, and start rebuilding your reputation in the consumer portable audio market, which is Europe and Asia is currently in a very poor state.
