Comments: As the parent of a child with an anaphylactic nut allergy it is essential that nuts are banned on planes. This is not just a whim but a matter of life or death.

Comments: Peanuts and nuts are just not necessary. People can do without them for the duration of a flight and it will increase the safety of allergic travellers.

Comments: We have not yet travelled with our son via airplane due to the fear that his peanut/tree nut allergies would cause him a major problem while on board and peanuts/nuts were served. Please ban these products so we can travel safely. Thank you.

Comments: I have 3 childen with anaphylactic allergies to peanuts and tree nuts. Airborn and contact can be, and have been for some, just as deadly as injesting the allergen. My husband is from New Zealand, and we have not been able to travel to his native home for 8 year, ever since we learned of the allergies. His grandfather, who is like a father to him, is dying right now. His grandfather has not gotten to see all of our children in person, and there is no way for him to be able to before he passes. This situation on the planes is so very serious, please consider this petition and ban peanuts/tree nuts from planes. Thank you! Stacie King

Comments: Respecting nut allergy sufferers doesn't seem to be too hard to me. there are thousands of snacks to choose from. Isn't a life more important than a nut or peanut not allowed on a airplane. you don't live in a plane for any length of time. free to do as you please when you get off

Comments: My daughter has allergies to peanuts and tree nuts. These allergies are frightening to our daughter as well as to us, her mom and dad. We try our best to keep our daughter safe. The situation is made worse when airlines cannot ban nuts. Would it really be that difficult Does a person NEED nuts on their flight or can they wait and perhaps help keep a child out of danger
