Calling the attention of our Government Officials! Termination of Volunteer Service is not a solution to Nursing Unemployment. In other way around Nurses were able to learn from their experience as a staff nurse under volunteer service. Though It just cant be denied that there are several government institution who are asking for fees in exchange for volunteer work as a Nurse. Volunteer Staff Nurse is the only way for our Nurses to practice what they have learned in the school. Thousands of Nurses rendering their voluntary service have the same question in mind, " Where will we go now?, most of the hospitals dont accept nurses without experience, how can we gain experience if Volunteer Program is already terminated" If volunteer service will be terminated, its now high time that we will ask the government to give us work!
