Comments: I believe this is an issue we must get control of or it will eat us alive. Bill O'Rielly gave some numbers tonight that was unsubstainable. he was saying that the amount of workers can not pay enough to keep all the people who relie on gov, going without the gov. going broke. Please stand with other Governors against Obama care.

Comments: After forcing citizens to purchase Federal Health Care what's next? Forcing all Americans to turn in their firearms? I think you see that this reasoning is not healthy for our Republic.

Comments: This so called affordable healthcare law is a farce. The more I hear about what all is included in it, the angrier I get and also the higher taxes that was just passed is outrageous. Obama should be impeached and kicked out of the office of President, because he is no president. What can we do to march on Washington and let them know we are very angry and that they are working for us. We need to let them know in no uncertain terms we will not stand for any of this. Who can help us get this organized and start getting something done before it is too late?

Comments: Obama(don't)care needs to NOT enter NC turf. From Pelosi: "We need to sign it to see what is in it." What a SCAM!!! Doctor friends say this bill still has many blank pages, which are being written as I type this note. The bill is triple the advertised cost; it was railroaded to pass despite "We the People" NOT wanting it; it will throw the insurance industry in a tail spin. More simply put - this bill is unaffordable.

Comments: Under the Health Care Act, insurance copamnies must cover children with pre-existing conditions. I read today that some of these insurance copamnies have committed a despicable act but putting their profits way ahead of childrens care. They had refused to cover seriously ill children before but they have gone beyond the pale by by cutting off childrens policies completely.I dont think Obama and those who wrote the bill expected that to happen. They negotiated with the insurance executives several times in good faith and caved in to Republicans not to have a public option with the guarantees the insurance copamnies would cover kids with medical conditions.I understand that United, Cigna, Aetna are refusing to write policies. Dont blame Pres. Obama. He tried to force insurance copamnies to cover sick children. It is just terrible. If I had insurance with those copamnies I would cancel it.ALMACIGA: If you already have children covered by Blue Cross they probably wont drop them but you cannot get a new policy if the kids have pre-existing conditions. Blue Cross is Anthem.Parents wont let their seriously ill kids go without insurance because they can get sick at any time and there are waiting periods for care so no parent would take that kind of risk.

Comments: This legislation is guaranteed to ruin our health care delivery system and destroy the quality of care that we currently enjoy. I am a RN/Legal Nurse Consultant; I understand the implications of this overreach by the Fed. If the legislators in NC want to retain their positions, it is advisable for them to vote for the nullification of this travesty or you WILL find yourselves at the mercy of a very angry electorate. Nullify this bill without delay.
