‎Tuesday, ‎October ‎29, ‎2013 Dear City Of Atlanta Courts, We have lived in a nice home for years until about 5 months ago. Atwaters and his kids moved in and has been a nuisance to the Bakers Hill neighborhood ever since. His kids use vulgar language and always trespass on to my property without my knowledge. Several times I have arrived back home and witness his kids running out my yard with and without my dog. I allowed them to play with her for awhile until I caught them trying to make her attack people walking down the street. They still took it upon theirselve to still come in my yard and untie my dog and play with her. The Atwater's has had several altercations in front of their (Micheal Daniels) house with other neighbors in the area. The police has been at their home on numerous occasion. His kids where cutting holes in their neighbor(Mr. Coley) fence to get to his dogs. Mr. Atwaters was forced to move from around the corner because of the same problem he was having with neighbors.‎ His previous neighbors has restraining order out against him for stealing their checks. The Atwater's has also stolen our trashcan with our address and refuse to return it. I tried to contact the owner of the house but have not receive any return calls.They have also written my address on their house next to their door. We the neighborhood ask that you remove these squatters from our community before he cause anymore problems or anything else comes up missing from my yard.
