The CTA U-Pass offers unlimited rides on CTA trains and buses for full-time college students. Currently, Northwestern University provides select students in the Graduate School, Feinberg, McCormick, and Medill the benefits of having a U-pass.
As members of the Northwestern community, ALL students should have access to this option. There are plenty of students in SoC, Weinberg, Beinen, and SESPE who travel into the city every day to do unpaid internships or for other purposes. Why doesn't Northwestern extend this opportunity to all of its students?
Sign this petition if you think you would benefit from a U-Pass. Or even if you simply believe that NU should make the U-Pass an option that all students could choose to participate in.
