Name: Connie Paulson on Sep 18, 2009Comments: We would really appreciate a dealership closer than Denver, SLC, and Seattle. Billings is central to North and South Dakota, Wyoming and Montana. This would be ideal as I know of a number of MINI owners in the area. Thank you for your time.Flag

Name: Kathryn Engel on Mar 9, 2010Comments: I live south of Missoula, Montana and would like to have access to a quality MINI dealership that is closer than Portland, Oregon or Tacoma, Washington. Rassmussen MINI treated me well, but members of my MINI group have horror stories from their dealings with the dealership in Murray, Utah (Salt Lake City) which is closer. I understand a MINI dealer has to also be a BMW dealer. There is a BMW dealership in Missoula, MT and I know all of the used MINIs that have shown up at the local Chevy dealer sell almost immediately. People here love MINIs, but are hesitant to get one with dealerships and associated warranty service so far away. I would prefer having a dealership in Missoula, but have no problem going west to Spokane, Washington or east to Bozeman, MT. I currently have problems with the windows not rolling up properly and have been told it can be a 5 hour fix at a MINI dealership. Considering this, I've been adding to my list of "needed fixes" and I'm trying to coordinate my annual service visit to Rassmussen (over 800 miles away one-way) with my planned trip to MINI Meets West in British Columbia in late June. I implore MINI USA to consider putting at least one or more dealerships in the Northern Rockies.Flag
