Inspired by the great Phil Gould, this is a petition to ban the ridiculous lectures that the National Rugby League referees feel they should give captains are a mere few penalties.
As has been said, if players want to give away penalties then keep penalising them. They'll get the message eventually.

Sick of hearing the whistle blow every 30 seconds for a stupid lecture. Just ping them and move on. Referees need to stop trying to be the main event.
