The West Road Alliance, a grassroots organization of concerned citizens, opposes a proposed Wal-Mart Supercenter at the corner of West Road and Beltway 8.
The proposed site is directly across from Gleason Elementary and is also adjacent to the federally protected wetlands in the Willow Lake community. Our citizens have numerous concerns including increased traffic, decreased safety and flooding. |
