Powys County Council are proposing to close secondary schools at Llanidloes, Llanfair Caereinion, Llanfyllin, Builth or Llandrindod Wells, Crickhowell and Gwernyfed and to close 6forms at Ystradgynlais, Machynlleth and Prestigne. Through this petition, we are telling Mr Jeremy Patterson, the Chief Executive of Powys County Council to listen to the people of Powys and put a stop to any proposals or plans to close our schools and 6th forms as we, the undersigned, are vehemently opposed to them.
