Croydon against NCP rate increases

The petition

On Thursday 1st May, NCP in Croydon announced that it was going to increase it's charges at the car parks it controls within Central Croydon. This is the forth time the organisation has increased prices since they took control.

We the below are either businesses or residents in or around Croydon and request that with immediate effect NCP management reverse their decision to increase the rates as this will damage local trading within Central Croydon and drive more consumers to other areas.
