Comments: The Environmental Impact Report (EIR) says problems with traffic, height, bulk, mass, aesthetics and other issues can all be mitigated. Common sense and daily experience says the EIR is wrong. This project will permanently and detrimentally change the E. Blithedale Gateway to Mill Valley and drastically and detrimentally change the character of the neighborhood. The zoning should not be changed to accommodate Residential, but be maintained as PA (Professional Administrative Office).

Comments: We do not need a huge development in an area that is being proposed. It will be a traffic nightmare. This is not a good fit or idea for our community. I stand against this plan.

Comments: I am strongly opposed to this project. It is a massive overdevelopment of the site. Also, it will have an unacceptable impact on the traffic and circulation at one of the busiest intersections in Mill Valley.

Comments: I am strongly opposed to a project of this height and density and believe it will have a detrimental impact on car and pedestrian traffic. I urge the request for re-zoning be denied.

Comments: This project would impact the City negatively in many ways, and should be scaled back dramatically or dropped entirely in favor of something more suitable to the site and that intersection.

Comments: This development is ill advised. Having driven in every direction multiple times a day for the last 11 years through the East Blithedale & Camino Alto intersection .... I am well informed to state 1) it is the busiest / worst intersection in town, 2) it can not handle this extra load. Additionally, U-turns are a constant issue and I believe should be presently banned. School children and cars are regularly almost hit as U-Turns are made in / around this intersection. It is clear, should the development be built, that a vast majority of the cars existing right/west onto Blithedale will not be heading the direction they desire. U -Turns and through traffic in all the near neighborhoods will result as cars try to either get to Miller Avenue or 101.

Comments: (1) Ruins neighborhood feel of surrounding area (2) Much too big (3) Would make Blithedale/Camino Alto intersection a major problem, especially in the morning (4) Would create dangerous egress situations on Blithedale (5) Any access onto Camino Alto, as an alternative, would endanger cyclists coming down Camino Alto This is the worst land use proposal that I have seen in recent memory in Mill Valley.
