    Comments: The FGW train services are utter rubbish! They are never on time, the train smells like sick, and the service is appalling. Please remove FGW!

    Comments: I pay an extautionate amount to suffer at the hands of F(G)W every single day. My company lose man hours because staff are stuck and delayed. I've injured myself several times, as have others, crammed into doorways with nothing to hold on to when trains slam their breaks on. FGW services are over-priced, dangerous, unreliable and unpleasant. They should have their franchise revoked.
