The simon community have decided to use the sale of 4 puppies in the run up to xmas to raise funds. In the run up to Christmas animal sanctuaries are at bursting point and trying to get the message out that "animals are for life, not just for Christmas" Simon is doing just the opposite and are advertising the sale of the puppies. This has a huge knock on effect, if this fundraiser goes ahead other charities will follow in its footsteps. puppy farms will sign up for the exposure. Please help us terminate this horrendous fundraiser

Siobhan O Dwyer, Ireland2 years ago Comments: This is disgraceful, an organisation I once thought advocated for the vunerable, giving them a voice. There is a regretful irony in your actions, clearly not well thought out. An organisation I will not support in the future if this goes ahead. Clearly the organisations needs to revisit its code of practise, how could you seriously take this organisation as a credible, understanding system. Real poor judgement, I would love to know who was consulted on this so called brain wave as clearly they are out of sync with reality.
