Send the Tory Touts a distinct message, refuse to buy ANYTHING that has the new VAT rate of 20%.  even better why not have a "Not spending a penny Day". If we all decided do stay at home every Wednesday and keep our money in our pockets the government would soon change their tactics and LEAVE THE POOR ALONE
