Sri Lankan navigation officer cadets training institute MSTI-OTC has still not provided ships for their 50 cadets who were trained at  MSTI-OTC . 
Although it's been 19 months after passing out still they were unable to provide ships for the onboard training 
They have destroyed both the future of those cadets and their money
