To whom it may concern, I recently saw a clip from KQED's 1973 film "Place For No Story" in a film class. I was amazed by this expertly-made and cinematically brilliant film about California in the 1970s. The professor showed the film off aging film strips with a deteriorating magnetic sound layer. I was disappointed to hear that the film is not available on DVD and will probably never be broadcast again. Please restore this film for broadcast and possibly DVD sales. It is a masterful work of cinema and sound editing that captures a unique time in California history and stands as a shining example of public television filmmaking. Sincerely, The Undersigned:
