Currently there is an urgent need for a modern and up to date professional Culinary Arts and Hospitality Program in Northwest Indiana. There is also a desperate need for an upgraded modern or new facility in which to teach these programs at IVY Tech NW Indiana as the current facilities are greatly lacking in all areas to enable Culinary Arts students to receive the best education opportunities possible.
