Whereas the communities of West Northumberland, however difficult and divisive it was, eventually put their faith in local community leaders to build a hospital that would provide most of the services our community requires
Whereas today Northumberland Hills Hospital plays a significant role in our local health system, our communities, our life, and the lives of our families,
Whereas Hospital cuts threaten our health,
Therefore be it resolved that as these cuts are not about resolving inefficiencies but will in fact result in the taking away of necessary services ,
We the undersigned request that the Ontario provincial government adequately fund all present services at the Northumberland Hills Hospital.
