We the undersigned implore the Monterey Association of Irvine, CA to stop the ticketing and threatening of non-Monterey Association residents who park on Modesto and Bonsall Streets. We have documented and know for a fact that Monterey Association residents park on streets not owned by the Monterey Association. We ask the Monterey Association to extend the same to other associations. Many residents of Modesto have lived on the street before Monterey was even built. We ask that the ticketing and threats of towing of vehicles stop and return to the open access parking the street has enjoyed during its 10 year history. Monterey Association â
