Currently the city of Calgary has closed the North Glenmore Athletic Parks, only tennis courts in our area which we do not need to drive to. The courts are in still good shape but we request to have the courts re-opened for community use. It is believed at this time the city will stop maintenance on these courts and relinquish control to a third party group. I know many of you have talked to our alderman Brian Pincott - who has taken no action on this and has stated that a North Glenmore Plan is being put together by a consulting firm to determine the best use of the park and facilities. If you want a say in how this tennis court is used and kept in the area, please sign this petition and make it known to our Alderman we want our tennis court back operating.
