Our society and communities live in the internet and digital world. Here in North Routt County, CO we suffer from communication slow-down.

We suffer consistent internet slow-downs and unavailability due to snowstorms, time-of year, high memory internet upgrades and more. We would never stream videos or music because this would use up our monthly allotments.Software updates evolve daily to use more and more of our meager monthly allotments to download their upgrades. The Windows 10 program uploads automaticly with-out the option of OPT-OUT.
