In order to be recognized as an Athens-Clarke County ‘official’ neighborhood organization, we need to collect 20% of resident signatures on a petition. The Normaltown Neighborhood Network (NNN) aims to facilitate communication among neighbors in the Normaltown area, and to serve as a unified voice for their concerns about development and quality of life issues in the neighborhood.
