Whereas,
We the undersigned Audubon Park homeowners believe that the proposed Rental Restriction Amendment:

1) Has the potential to lower property values for all homeowners in Audubon Park
2) Places significant restrictions on our private property rights
3) May force us to sell our personal property at a lower price
4) Discriminates against all renters, not just problematic ones
5) Is intended to make renting more difficult
6) Was not in place at the time we bought our homes and therefore, we have lost the right to choose not to buy in a neighborhood that does not restrict rentals.

We believe that the proposed Rental Restriction Amendment should be defeated.
