Comments: I am so angry. I am disgusted with the ECK, it's Chair, it's commissioners, it's conduct over the course of this election and this sham of a swearing in ceremony held in such a cloak-and-dagger manner! How does this fiasco compare to the triumph and jubilation in 2002 I remind Kenyans that thieves have to do their thievery quickly, they have to do it quietly and they have to do their work under cover of darkness-an appropos description of the re-installation of this incumbent. I call it an installation because he was re-installed and not sworn in-how can a liar and an apparent thief swear to uphold my constitution while breaking it himself I have lost all liking and respect for this man, he represents all that is wrong about this continent whereas just 5yrs ago Kenya was a shining example of what was right. He is not and never will be my president. Time to pray for our beloved country. I.

Comments: Kibaki has beyond doubt proved that he is not only a dictator but also a mad man and a thief who should never be allowed to dictate to Kenyans. He is a number one enemy of democracy and this election and his support of the section 2 (a) of the constitution is enough evidence

Comments: The fraudalent "President" must resign, call for a re-election or recount of votes. He clearlty stole more than 500,000 votes. Given the difference between him and Raila was less 200,000 Raila is the Legimate winner of these elections. ODM won approximate 100 seat while PNU was less than 40. 18 Ministers including the Vice president lost there seats. How then can he declare himself president using the election commission whose commissioners were personally selected by him Now he has issued a shoot to kill! A civil war is inevtable unless he does the necessary.

Comments: Was looking foward to a new year in a Kenya that elected leaders in a free and fair elections. That was dashed by manner in which Kibaki and his handlers have stage managed a victory for. Further disturbing is the silence from the self appointed president. I would urge my fellow country men and women to shun violence but, stay firm in their quest for a free, fair and democratic election.

Comments: Kenyans spoke by voting out the previous regime. However, a few individuals who want to cling in power ; so that they can protect their interest don't want to respect the will / democratic right of the people of Kenya. To those cowards who know that the incumbent has lost but still want to force an unpopular leader on people. " A revolution is coming -- a revolution which will be peaceful if we are wise enough; compassionate if we care enough; successful if we are fortunate enough-but a revolution is coming whether we will it or not. We can affect its character; we cannot alter its inevitability. (R.F.Kennedy)

Comments: to announce that there must be no criticism of the president & the just concluded elections or that we are to stand by the president, right or wrong,is not only unpatriotic and servile, but is morally treasonable to the Kenyan public.
