Not to mention the inbreeding and poor conditions of living cause mental and physical issues that range from minor, to serious, to deadly, resulting in unstable animals whom are very much unpredictable and violent,. leading to being put down or dying of illness. Public awareness of puppy mills is meak at most, hopefully this petition will lead to more substantial actions. |
