Name: Denise Rumpeltin on May 29, 2007Comments: A recycling center in Oakland would ruin our "child friendly" atmosphere, cause more traffic, cause health issues as far as the town well on the corner, residential wells in the area, pollute the Ramapo River which is on the far end of the property. Also, they have been illegally dumping topsoil, mulch, firewood and other junk for the past few year too! Please do not grant permit approval to allow a dump in our beautiful town of Oakland!!!!!Flag

Name: Anonymous on May 30, 2007Comments: Secaucas was once the "stench" capitol of North Jersey, we don't want the aroma of decaying materials wafting through our beautiful borough. Please do not permit this proposed operation to become reality. This property should remain what the owner publicly stated that it would be when we defended her against "eminent domain" acquisition.Flag

Name: Bridget Saggese on May 30, 2007Comments: These people are the bottom of the barrel. Is this how they thank us for not taking over their property, as they promised to plant flowers and make it a beautiful site. A recycling dump is far from what they promised. This is also an enviromental problem being so close to the river and possible polluting our waterways and God knows what odors we will have to endure. Please do not allow this to happen.Flag
