    Comments: Parents have a right to equal representation under the law, even when they cannot afford an attorney. Too know that most trained advocates have more knowledge of assisting individuals with disabilities than most attorneys. Realize too that most attorneys that are familiar with disability issues are few and far between, are very expensive, and very, very much in demand.
