| 1393 | Robert Rouse | I was completeley OUTRAGED when I heard of a nightmare on Elm st. remake, especially without Robert Englund. The Nightmare franchise would not be at all successful without him. I know very many Nightmare on Elm. St. fans (myself included) who would love to see a new film WITH Robert Englund, but plan to boycott a remake without him. The original films are great as is, & do not need to be retold. I sincerely hope that the film makers will stop trying to reinvent something that has truly become a classic, & instead build on an already great franchise. No Robert Englund= No Freddy. |
