This petition was created for the fans that are against a remake of the original classic, A nightmare on elm street.
We would prefer for a remake not to happen at all, but if you feel that a remake really needs to happen we at least ask that Robert Englund is cast in the role of Freddy Krueger. He is Freddy Krueger and we feel that nobody else can play Freddy as well as him.
Plus, it is disrespectful to the character and the fans of horror.
