Non-Profit Mental Health Professional have not recieved a cost-of-living increase in over 5 years, while State workers recieved raises. Non-Profit Mental Health Professional's work hard keping people out of the hospitals (from the State having to pay more money for their care) and recieve little compensation or salary. We demand a cost-of-living increase, which we feel we are due, and deserve.
