As we all know now Pillar To Post has changed the way it is going to sell franchises, they have decided to sell Non-Exclusive Territories. Many of the current owners of a PTP Franchise have stated this not only a poor way to expand PTP but it also makes the value of the current owner’s franchise almost worthless. There has been a class action suit filed in Canada to stop this change and there are a couple of owners in the US who have filed with their states to prohibit the change in their states. This petition is to provide everyone a way to provide their input on this change. We would like to deliver this petition to PTP at the next Super Session. Thank you
